Give your body the efficient and effective workout it craves!
This 45–minute workout alternates between high-intensity intervals that significantly increase your heart rate and short periods of lower intensity to build cardiovascular fitness, strength and lean muscle mass, while maximizing calorie burn. What’s not to love? Modifications enable those of any fitness level or physical limitation to get the most out of this workout. Just bring yourself, a Mat or Towel, and a water bottle for hydration.
This event will happen Rain or Shine. Based on Florida’s unpredictable weather, location decisions will often be made closer to the time of the event. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors. In the rare occasion that an indoor location is unavailable, this event will be cancelled. Location changes or cancellations will be communicated via The Bay website calendar, Eventbrite, Facebook and Instagram.
